ACC Sensitive Claims

Through the Sensitive Claims Service, ACC provides support for anyone in Aotearoa New Zealand who has experienced sexual abuse or assault. This includes visitors to the country and New Zealand residents who experienced abuse overseas.

It does not matter whether the abuse occurred recently or many years ago. ACC can fund therapy and other support services, and this support is fully funded. Services are also available for whānau and family members.
