Centre of Learning

The Centre of Learning houses the College library, Careers Centre, and an ICT suite.

It is open between 8am and 4pm.

The Centre of Learning is equipped with study areas, recreational reading space, listening posts and computer stations. Photocopying is readily available.

Chess is also able to be played during non-class time and students may challenge for places on the Chess Ladder, as St Bede’s is involved in the Interschool Championship.

The College subscribes to The Press, as well as many New Zealand and international magazines and periodicals. We also have a wide variety of recreational and sporting magazines for students to read at their leisure.

Reserve facilities are available for senior and scholarship study materials, and the Centre of Learning houses the Professional Reading Library for staff.
