Feast Day

St Bede’s Day - 21st May 2010

The Feast Day of St Bede begins with mass, followed by the Year 9 inter-house haka competition. In the afternoon there are some senior inter-house competition and a variety concert in the hall featuring performances from the wide range of cultural groups in the College.

This year, celebrations also included the opening of Marist Park the $1.3M Polygras Olympia Hockey Turf by the Northwest Christchurch Community Sporting Trust in association with St Bede’s College. Presentations were made for Distinguished Service to the College during the Feast Day Mass lead by Fr Mark Walls
