Yr 13 Media Studies
This is a course to continue with the analysis and appreciation of the media in society studied in year 12. Students will undertake a director study and examine the relationship between society and a media genre. We continue our appreciation for film, with a particular focus on the NZ industry, and use practical skills to create our own media product.
Admittance to this course is based on passes in NCEA Level 2 Media Studies (2.6, 2.5, 2.4 in particular) or by interview with TIC based on NCEA Level 2 English Grades.
