Mountain biking

Mountain biking is a relatively new sport to the college and is organised by a group of keen parents. There are numerous events that the students can compete in such as the Canterbury rides organised by the Huxster group. There are also opportunities for boys to enter the South Island MTB Championships that will be held in Timaru on the 1^st – 3^rd of October. A competent level of ability is required.

• Equipment required Students must have a good quality bike and suitable safety gear.
• Cost The cost will vary depending on transport, accommodation and food requirements.
