The PTA would like to thank all those who supported the Entertainment Book sales. We will be able to present Mrs Kissick with a cheque for $1900, to be used to support Sport at St Bede’s. On a less happy note we have reluctantly decided to postpone the Combined Marian/St Bede’s Fair until 2012 as a result of the earthquakes. Instead we plan to hold a “Spring Fling” next month! This will be a Trivia night/ Silent Auction for the St Bede’s and Marian College communities to get together and have some fun (and hopefully do a little fund-raising as well). There will be more details in the next newsletter but in the meantime please have a think about anything that might be suitable for the Silent Auction – we will welcome donations.
Are you replacing glasses after the Quakes? Remember the PTA sells very good quality St Bede’s glasses in 3 styles – wine, champagne flutes and beer with all profits supporting the College.
